GoDaddy is the largest registrar in the world and prices like it: a promotional first year, a renewal roughly double the discount tier, and a checkout flow that is the reference implementation of the upsell interstitial. Things other registrars include are products here, DNSSEC arrives with paid Premium DNS, and free email forwarding was withdrawn in 2022. Support is 24/7 and competent, and also a sales channel.

**Verdict.** The highest exit cost in the roster outside Crazy Domains, and the reason 'transfer domain away from GoDaddy' is a search term. Nothing here is broken; it is simply priced and packaged to extract more from customers who do not comparison-shop.

**Verdict.** Technically one of the better surfaces, OpenAPI schema, OTE, bulk checks, suggestions, attached to the least trustworthy access policy in the category. The 2024 gate proved GoDaddy will change the terms under working integrations, and the pricing is the worst here.
