NameSilo prices close to cost, includes WHOIS privacy free, and, unusually, charges about the same at renewal as at registration. Its bulk tooling is built for portfolio holders rather than for someone buying their first domain. The interface looks like it was designed in 2012 and has not meaningfully changed, which is either a problem or a feature depending on how many domains you own.
