> EU-sovereign transactional email from Scaleway, deliberately minimal.

Transactional Email is Scaleway's answer to SES for European teams that need the data to stay in the EU under an EU-owned company. The API is small, pricing is metered and cheap, and there is no open or click tracking at all, a privacy stance rather than an omission. Expect no templates, no campaign tooling, and quota increases that go through the Scaleway console.
