# Sinch

> Global tier-one aggregator that owns MessageMedia and sells Australia through both brands.

Sinch is one of the largest global A2P aggregators and, through its acquisition of MessageMedia, holds serious Australian carrier connectivity. The developer platform has self-serve signup and reasonable documentation, but Australian sender configuration and meaningful volume pricing still route through account management. It fits where one vendor is needed across many countries and Australia is one leg of a larger programme.

| ACMA Sender ID | - | Unknown | - | - | Deliberately unrecorded. Australia's SMS Sender ID Register obligations changed recently and vendor documentation lags the regulator. Pending verification against ACMA directly, do not rely on this for compliance. |

**Verdict.** Serious infrastructure with genuine Australian carrier depth, sold in a way that makes it awkward to evaluate for an Australia-only workload. Across a dozen countries the consolidation argument is strong; for Australia alone the local independents are simpler and cheaper.
