Head-to-head comparisons

toolweight publishes 14 hand-written head-to-head comparisons across 10 categories. Each one has a verdict, a "choose this if" block per tool and at least three sections of analysis. Pairings with nothing useful to say about them don't get a page.

Every page here was written by hand. There is no page for every pair of tools in the database, and there never will be: a comparison is only worth publishing when someone has actually used both things and has something to say about the choice.

That means the list below is short, and it means a URL that isn't on it returns a 404 rather than an auto-generated table with the word "versus" in the title. If a comparison you want is missing, it's missing on purpose — for now.

Each page carries a direct answer, the verdict, a "choose this if" block per tool, several sections of analysis, and a FAQ. The data behind the judgements lives on the category hub each one links back to.
